I think all the ways above can improve English ,but the most important means is to keep daily.You should open your mouths and speak loudly.

All the ways above shoud be important,and I think the best method is make the English you interest ,because interest is the best teacher

I think the best way is to recite ,to recite good articles,for when you were young,you learn Chinese also in this way.I really think to learn the best way a language well is recite.
and believe it or not ,if you have recited enough good articles ,to speak english will be just a piece of cake!

guys, I think that depends what you aim at. Just for the test or writing, absolutely the reciting is your best choiice. However, when speaking of spoken English, the key will be talking and listening as frequently as you can. Since not having too many chances to verbally communicate with others, reading aloud can boost you up significantly.
