复试全真英语口试全过程+评价
复试中的口试要求 从以下三个方面进行评价：
1、语言准确性（语法和用词的准确性、语法结构的复杂性、词汇的丰富程度、发音的准确性）
2、话语的长短和连贯性（内容的连贯性、寻找合适词语而造成的停顿频率及长短、表达思想的语言长短等）
3、语言的灵活性和适合性（语言表达是否灵活、自然，话语是否得体，语言能否与语境、动能和目的相适应） 评价成绩为：
a优秀--能用外语就指定的话题进行口头交流，基本没有困难
b良好--能用外语就指定的题材进行口头交流，虽有些困难，但不影响交流
c及格--能用外语就指定的话题进行简单的口头交流
d不及格--不具有口头表达能力 中科院招收攻读硕士学位研究生入学考试英语口试暂行办法
口试内容与结构 分为两部分，有两名教师参加口试工作，一名教师主持口试，随时与考生交谈并评分；另一名教师专事评分，不参与
交谈。两名口试教师所给的分数各占口试成绩的50%。
4、面试过程中不要放屁，即使放了，不要承认，让三个老师互相猜疑去。这是以上三条中最重要的一条，做不到这一条以上三条都白搭。
（虽然这句话，是引用上面发帖兄弟的，毕竟放屁是不以人的意志为转移的。所以本人认为明年春晚该他上了，毕竟他更有才。）

口试去年一共分3部，总用时大概10分钟！
1、自己准备一个introduction!要求脱稿说大约3分钟。
2、念一篇短文，是到试场以后临时抽题，大约有3分钟的时间提前先看一遍，难度不大！
3、抽题---回答问题。要先念一遍问题，然后回答！
全程录音，有A、B、C、D、E五个分值！ 所要说的是：大家应该先把自己的introduction提前准备好，趁这些天没有事情可做。还有就是看一看，抽到什么问题怎么回答！下面我把我的introduction给大家写一下吧！我口试只得了B，主要是因为最后那个问题没有回答好，对于introduction，老师们应该还是比较满意的！虽然很不好，但是为了大家，我就献丑了！不要扔鸡蛋啊！ Good morning/afternoon,my dear teachers:

主要是我个人的经历
在正式说3月30号的复试经历前，我说个自己的故事，也许很微不足道，但是我想在这次的面试中，这可能是我胜出的一个关键因素。
我在出发去上海之前，但到交大法学院网上有个告示，说李国光教授要在27号晚上有《物权法》讲座，主持人是韩长印教授。其实我在去交大之前，对各位老师的情况并不很了解，只是大概知道每个人是哪个2级学科的。但是这个讲座是复试前最后一个讲座了，我考虑到物权法很可能在复试里被问到。而这部分指南中没有什么内容，就决定就听这个讲座。另一方面，还可以打听打听有关消息，和可能成为复试考官的2位老师混个脸熟。所以我26号就到了交大。
27号晚上，我早早吃完饭，跑到了法学院，我很笨，一开始找不到怎么进去，后来又在楼里乱转，也找不到多媒体教室，这时，我遇到了2个06级的法硕，也是来听讲座的，我立即向他们讨教了一番，他们也热情地指导了我一些东西。6点讲座开始了，应学生的要求，李教授同意最后留半小时来回答大家的问题。特别说一下，这个讲座的听众不少，但大多数人都领到了物权法的全文文本，还有就是给每个听讲座的人都发了雀巢的瓶装水。
很快1个半小时过去了，开始提问了，韩长印教授来选择举手的学生发问，我一开始就举手了，但人是在太多了，老是轮不到我，最后韩老师还是点了我。我一起来，先做了个自我介绍：“李教授，韩教授，你们好，我还不是交大法学院的学生，我是来考研复试的考生，在听完您的讲座后，我更加想进入交大学习了！”这时全场的人都笑了！然后李教授和蔼地回答了我很初级的问题，我觉得，大师到底是大师啊！有个细节让我很感动，就是主持人韩老师本来是有位子坐的，但他看到很多人没有位子坐，就把自己的位子让给学生了，自己却一直站在墙边。
好了，故事说完了，下面说主题。
3月30日一大早，我就收拾好书，本科成绩单，准考证，身份证向法学院出发了。本以为以及到的早呢，一走到一楼的圆形大厅门口，往里一看。天啊，全国人民都已经来了！
我赶快找个位子坐下来，不一会，几个很年轻的老师来了，每个老师都在招呼自己那组的复试考生集合，主要就是来核实你的本科成绩单和准考证。那个成绩单上的公章必须是红色的，应届生是学校教务办盖的，往届的就是档案所在单位盖的。我是第四组的，那组好像有2个还是3个学生的成绩单有问题，有的没有带来，有的是复印件没有红章。老师告诉他们要在周一前弄来，否则不能录取。
把本科成绩单收好，按本组的初试分数高低排好先后次序后，大家同一个组的人就坐在一起了，1号选手就去四楼的会议室面试了。我们那组是这样的，1.2.3号先都上去等着，每次进去一个人，一号完了就下来叫4号上去，以此类推。
我们那组的一号是个女生，英语专业的，弄了很久才下来，据说被老师用英语问了很半天。后来陆续各个组都有出来的人，每个人一出来，就立即被人民群众重重包围，问这问那的。有的人问的题目简单，有的人被彻底难住了，记得有个女生，老师问她将来想做什么？她说做女律师。老师就问她，中国第一个女律师是谁？还问：7君子里有个女的是谁？建国后第一任司法部长是谁？说实话，这些问题一般人真的不知道，但我觉得这是老师在考察你的反应能力和与人沟通的能力，面对这样的问题，我们完全可以大胆地把话语的主导权给抢回来。比如，可以说，我不知道中国第一个女律师是谁，但我很钦佩现在的XX律师，因为。。。。这样就OK了。7君子里谁是女的我也不知道，很多人连7君子和下关惨案都没有听说过，你就可以说，我虽然不知道是谁，但我很钦佩革命女性，比如秋瑾，或者何香凝，又或者宋庆龄因为。。。。。我虽然不知道首任司法部长是谁，但我知道首任XX长是谁，或者，现在的XX长是谁。这样避免冷场，也可以展示自己知识水平和广度，只要你说话，老师就会给你分，但是你不说或者说不知道，那怎么叫老师给你打分呢？
我上面说的都是随机考察的所谓“综合素质面试”，但在专业课的抽签的题目里面，也有书上没有答案的，还是那句话，要说，一定要说。
我初试很差了，在第四组是第17个出场的，等到快11点15时，老师出来说，17号以后的和17号下午1点半再来。毕竟，老师也累了，要吃饭和休息啊。顺便说句，我们这组是快的了，有个组上午才弄了7，8个，一直弄到下午很晚。
中午大家都没有走，就近到超市卖点吃的喝的回来继续看书。
下午我们这组还有5个人了，我们一起上了4楼。我是下午第一个，心里那是相当紧张，我也没有心情看书了，把包往边上一放，来回走着，突然我想起了《国际歌》，自己开始唱：“这是最后的斗争，团结起来到明天。。。。。。”只是我自己都不知道可以和谁团结。
几个老师都来了，带队的老师叫我进去了。我还是很紧张！那是个会议室，椭圆的大桌子，老师坐在一边，你就坐在另一边，其实靠的很近的，你面前有杯水。
我一进去，首先就发现坐在中间的主考官，居然就是27号主持讲座的韩长印老师。我立即先给几个老师鞠个躬，带队老师还没有开始介绍各位考官，我先说话了，我先感谢了韩老师那天可以在那么多人里面给我一个向大师请教的机会。 |
