　　提拉的昵称源自意大利芝士蛋糕提拉米苏,取前两字.本意有向上的意思,即提着拉着.
　　从今天起,提拉要提拉着辞职/在职考研版的研友一步步攻克考研英语这只拦路虎.暂定的顺序为词汇->阅读->写作->.希望大家紧跟提拉的步伐，抓住这个词汇考元同步提升的机会，万万不可掉队哦，
我相信人人手头上都有大堆的考研资料,但你真正利用了多少呢.本次活动的一百句选自新东方推荐的,不论是六级/考研/考托,都适用.强度是有一些的,但考研就是要对自己狠一点.尤其象我们辞职考研的研友们.

活动规则：

１．每日三个英文句子．可别小看这些句子，都是经典哦，大家一定要心无杂念，相信提拉你就会有收获．(点击下面的词典,即可查询所需单词和发音)

1.Essentially: [ i'senʃəli ] ad. 本质上,本来 representation: [ .reprizen'teiʃən ] n. 表示法,表现,陈述，答辩
理论在本质上是对认识了的现实的一种抽象和符号化的表达。

2.communicate: [ kə'mju:nikeit ] v. 沟通,传达,交流
儿童在能说或能听懂语言之前，早就会通过面部表情和靠发出噪声来与人交流了。

3.irrigation: [ .iri'geiʃən ] n. 灌溉 cacti: n. 仙人掌 sagebrush: [ 'seidʒbrʌʃ ] n. 山艾树

在这里出一道选择题.这也是很多研友一直困扰的问题
1、Essentially,a theory is an abstract,symbolic representation of ________reality.

当然大家都知道本题标准答案是C,那大家知道其他选项错在哪吗?请考虑一下.

[队长提示]：初看这句话，把我都给懵了，98%的关键词汇看不懂。（不急，一个个查~！）继续将个人收获分享大众。

一：essential---在本句中是“实质上，本质上”的意思，它还有“绝对必要的，非常重要的”的含义。
  [语法]：在“It is essential that...”句型中，that从句的谓语用“(should)+动词原形”构成的虚拟语气。
  [区别]：essential ----“必要而不可缺的”，绝对的意味超级强烈
      necessary ----“必要的”，但是绝对的意味就比较淡了，不确定。

二：abstract的易混同根词
   abstract --- 抽象,抽取
   attract --- 吸引
   contract ---收缩
   subtract ---减少

三：representation 初次看到这个词汇，我都吓住了，居然这么长。分析了下，其实不难。在这里我们把re-理解成“反复”的意思[repeat]，present是老词汇了，“出席”的意思，整体一看“反复出席”，不就是“代表”的意思嘛。当然在此句中翻译成“表达”。

四：conceive的考试词组
   conceive of ----想象，考虑
   conceive of ...as ----把...想象成...,认为...是...

五：reality相当于fact，所以它有这样一个词组：in reality.

[队长提示]：这个句子是今天活动最简单的，其中\"facial expressions\"在前面活动中出现过。

[队长提示]：这句话也不难，就是后面的“cacti and sagebrush”不认识。这里要说明一个词,即：abundant （同：rich）
[根]und(=overflow)---abundant[丰富的]，redundant[过剩的]
[搭配] be abundant in sth. ==be rich in sth.[...丰富]

不看答案，不查字典。我也来做做。今年的这个题得分没超过3分。查字典就没意思了。做完再查。

这个栏目很好！

1.基本上，一个故事是抽象的带有标志的关于现实的解释。
2.在儿童能过说或者理解语言之前，他们通过实物和制造闹音来表达。
3.由于先进的灌溉系统，庄稼现在在那些劣质的土壤里可以大量生存了，而在以前是绝对不可能的。
