11.副水箱及动力转向储油罐Auxiliary Radiator and Power steering storage tank

发动机悬置系统的改装

Refitment of Engine suspension system

发动机悬置系统在底盘改装中严禁随意进行更改，如根据底盘布置的需要，一定要对发动机悬置系统进行改动 （包括更换悬置软垫、更改支架及改变发动机悬置系统的布置形式三种情况），则需遵循以下原则：

It is strictly prohibited to optional change the engine suspension system during refitting the chassis. According with the demand of chassis layout, (include replace the suspension rubber washer ,alter the support and the arrangement of engine suspension system those three situation ) must obey the following principles:

1.更换悬置软垫。悬置软垫总成必须采用东风汽车有限公司指定产品，不得使用非东风汽车有限公司的产品，否则须严格满足软垫总成技术要求及橡胶的性能指标。

   Suspension rubber washer assembly must adopt Dongfeng motor Co., LTD specified products, otherwise must strictly with the  

2.更改支架或托架。支架或托架的更改须满足如下要求：

（1）不得改变支承点原有的位置

（2）不得低于原有支架或托架的强度。

3.发动机悬置系统的布置形式原则上不允许更改。

进、排气系统改装

进气系统

  为确保系统匹配合理，有效地发挥发动机的功率，进气系统尽可能保持不变，如必须更改，则进气系统的改装必须遵循以下原则：

1.  空气滤清器总成必须采用东风汽车有限公司指定的产品，并且空气滤清器总成的额定流量必须与原空滤器的额定流量保持一致；不得采用其他非东风汽车有限公司原厂产品，并不得擅自减小空气滤清器的额定流量。

2.  空气滤清器的安装位置应方便用户更换和保养，安装必须牢固、可靠。

3.  系统进气口位置应合理，应能有效防止雨、雪或其他颗粒物的进入，对于非增压发动机系统的进气阻力不得大于15英寸水柱 （3.75kPa），对于增压发动机系统的进气阻力不得大于20英寸水柱 （5kPa）；进气温升不得大于15℃。

4.  系统管路走向应合理、顺畅，尽量减小阻力，管路的密封应可靠，空滤器至发动机之间的管路不得发生短路现象。
