二、考研英语一真题长难句练习
【典型难句】But it’s interesting to wonder if the images we see every week of stress-free, happiness-enhancing parenthood aren’t in some small, subconscious way contributing to our own dissatisfactions with the actual experience, in the same way that a small part of us hoped getting “the Rachel” might make us look just a little bit like Jennifer Aniston. (56 words)
【结构图解】

【要点注释】本句比较复杂。wonder后有一个宾语从句, 在这个宾语从句中，images被后面的定语从句修饰;谓语动词arent contributing被两个状语短语修饰，一个是插入成分，in some small, subconscious way, 另一个是 in the same way，第二个状语中又包含一个带宾语从句(该宾语从句的主语为现在分词结构getting)的定语从句。

【难句精译】但这样思考确实很有意思：我们每周看到的无忧无虑、幸福诱人的为人父母的形象，难道不会从某种微小、无意识的方面加剧我们对养育孩子的现实生活感到不满吗?这就好像说：我们有少数人想成为“ 瑞秋”那种单身妈妈，这样可能会让我们看上去有点像詹妮弗·安妮斯顿(瑞秋的扮演者)。

【结构图解】

【要点注释】本句中which引导的非限制性定语从句，修饰前面整个句子。从句的主语是some，谓语为see sth. as…(把……看作……)。
【难句精译】另外，石油刺激着由外国政府操纵的大量投资基金，这在一些西方人士看来是一种新的威胁。
