由于非常会刁难人的老师作怪，今天早上没有时间出节目，明天早上因为要去参加一个会议，也没有时间出了，所以今天晚上，海豚会把今天的活动和明天的活动合在一起出，量可能大一些，还望大家见谅

这是一个带着大家每天背单词的活动，每天上线30分钟，跟着海豚背单词复习单词，快乐地攻下单词难关哦
有些事情可以有捷径，背单词也有捷径，但是没有捷到可以不下功夫就记住，所以，要有吃苦的准备哦。

本节目适用于以下人群：
1、正在备考，还没有背单词的，可以每天跟着我们的节目背单词；
2、已经背过一部分单词的，可以通过我们的节目进行复习，省去了很多复习的精力。

本节目分为如下几个步骤：
1、词根、图片记忆（看海豚给出的关系图形象记忆单词）
2、单词逐词记忆（看单词的英英意思和相关词汇进行立体记忆）
3、例句考核（现学现用，说出题目中黑体字在句子中的含义）
4、昨日重现（复习昨天学过的内容）

做练习的时候发现很多同学都是指回答了单词的本意，在这里海豚希望大家背单词的时候多看一下英语的解释和英语的近义词，多看英英意思才能够知道这个单词的确切意思，因为毕竟英文翻译为中文的释义，还是多多少少会有一些误差。导致我们在理解句子的时候，把中文的意思拿来生搬硬套很容易出错。

confine	词义	① to keep sb/sth within the limits of a particular activity, subject, area etc 把……局限于，限制在［+sb/sth to sth］［近restrict, limit］ ② to keep a person or an animal in a place that they cannot leave 监禁，使受困于［+sb/sth in/to sth］
confine	例句	A friend of Williams's got him involuntarily confined to a treatment center for addictions. 一个朋友将不情愿的威廉姆斯送进了戒赌治疗中心接受治疗。（2006阅读Part B）
define	词义	① to show clearly a line, shape or edge 画出……的线条、外形；确定……的界线［近delimit］ ② to explain exactly the meaning of a particular word or idea 给……下定义，解释（词语的含义）［+sth as sth］ ③to describe or show sth correctly and thoroughly 阐明，界定［+sth，+wh-］［近specify］
define	例句	What is an intellectual? I shall define him as an individual who has elected as his primary duty and pleasure in life ...什么是知识分子？我将他界定为一个将……作为自己人生首要责任和乐趣的人。（2006 翻译）
definite	词义	① clearly known, seen, or stated; unlikely to change 清楚的，明显的；确定的，不会改变的［近exact, clear, explicit, distinct］ ② ［不用于名词前］ (of a person) sure that sth is true or is going to happen and stating it to other people（人）对……肯定的［+(about sth)，+(that)］［近sure, certain］
definite	例句	the Earth's atmosphere is definitely warming 地球气候毫无疑问正在变暖（2005阅读Text 2）
finite	词义	having an end or a limit 有限的，有限制的［反infinite］
infinite	词义	①very great in amount or degree (数量上或程度上)极大的，无法衡量的［近immense，measureless］ ② without limits in space or time (空间或时间)无穷无尽的 ③ ［the ~］ sth that has no end 无穷尽的事物
refine	词义	①to make a substance pure using an industrial process 精炼，提炼［近purify］ ② to improve sth by gradually making slight changes to it （慢慢地）改进，完善［近improve］

affirm	词义	①to state firmly or publicly that sth is true 断言，申明，确认［+sth，+that］［近assert，declare, protest, allege］ ② to strengthen a feeling, belief, or idea 强化，肯定（感觉、信念等）
affirm	例句	This group... have contributed disproportionately to the intellectual and cultural life of the West, as the careers of their elites... affirm. 这一人群……对西方的学术和文化生活做出了同他们人口数量极不成比例的巨大贡献，他们中的精英人物……的事业充分肯定了这一点。(2008 知识运用)
confirm	词义	① to say or show that something is definitely true, esp. by providing proof （尤指提供证据来）证实，进一步确定［+sth, +that/wh-］［近affirm, authenticate, validate］ ② to make an idea or feeling stronger or more definite 使（想法或感觉）强化、更明确［+sth，+sb in sth］［近strengthen］ ③ to make a position, an agreement, a date etc more definite or official 批准（职位、协议等）；确认(安排、日期、时间等) ［近authorize］

flexible	词义	① able to bend easily 易弯曲的，有弹性的［近elastic］ ② able to change to suit new situations 灵活的，可变通的［近variable, adjustable］
