for me ,I am a real dumb english speaker!
in the five sides of english,I can only say reading is a little better.
actually,they are all my weak points.
the rank is:(from worst to worse)
oral
writing and listening
translation
reading
The way to solve them:
at present,I put emphasis on reading and writing.
in daily life,I write english dairies every day since 2007.4.1st

I chose READING and TRANSLATING as my weakest parts of my english skills.
