答案是the men who houses were damaged will be compensated,their houses were damaged 对吗？

我觉得如果是coordination 或subordination 并列或从属，就应该是 the men who houses were damaged will be compensated because their houses were damaged 哪个对呢？

不是直接改成the men who houses were damaged will be compensated就行了么，为啥还要加their houses were damaged？？明显是重复啊·····
