在线作文：Employment（红包截止到4月11日晚上23点）

去年我多次发起这样的在线作文活动，而积极参与者在考试中成绩都不错。最积极的胭脂，现在已经被北大录取了。于是，我决定今年再继续多做这样的活动。

本期内容是：
以Employment为话题，写一篇150字左右的英文作文。
认真参与者，有20到50考元奖励！红包截止到4月11日晚上23点。

（1）hunting for job is a ticklish question? (作为问句，is要放句首。)nowadays,it seems obviously right.as it shown in the picture that countless graduates in the interview meeting, （缺少are)hunting for a satisfied job,but in the end many of them just get the cheese.
（2） why did（时态错误，这里要用does） it happen?to my mind,the causes of this phenomenon are as following:for one thing,nowadays the number of students in university increased by a large margin than before.there are more graduates than the positions （that）need them.for another,many students just played around during their three or four learning years.they learned nothing,so it is not weird that they miss the chance on the interview.
（3）how to be a lulu and make manager sit up and take notice of you?first of all,  (a) student should make your goal as early as you were a freshman,knowing what king of job is your dream is rather important.in addition,hitch your wagon to a star and study hard,learn something is really something.don\'t wish you will be on the gravy train when you\'re on a interview.last but not the least,be a jack of all trades.learning how to communicate with other people-all kinds of strange people, (and)holding some society skills makes(不要s） you a hunky-dory graduate.well goes an old saying:\"god helps those who help themselves\"be a black sheep or a bigwig on the interview?it is up to you!

语法、时态错误不少啊。我把最低级的错误改出来了。全文中国式英语严重，有些地方无法修改。建议你多看看英文报纸杂志，学习规范的英语表达方法。

2楼的有道理~但是笔版的意思很清楚~现在经济危机嘛~找工作是挺难~
       我的作文是按一张招聘会上人山人海的那种照片写的。
     俺二年级过6级后就没写过英文作文了~昨天用了快1H才憋出这么个P来~还没有区分大小写，见笑了，欢迎大家找我的错误与不足~

只是employment意义不确定，是写找工作，还是职业选择，还是社会就业问题，还是让有工作经验的人写怎么做employer或employee。或者说你就是要给个开放性题目，感兴趣哪个意思写哪个？
