或：In the face of...people retain/take/show/assume different attitudes/position s/standpoints.(可用于各抒己见类议论文)

这样英语基础比较差的也可以看得懂吧。（嗯，其实是我第一眼没看懂= =，所以才有那么多的回复。后来是看了你的例句才明白过来= =）

应该改为 reduce the gas emission.

emission是不可数名词，然后工厂factory作主语的话，不能用被动形式

句子写得很棒，然后我觉得at all levels可以放在句末，感觉会更顺口一些
