节目灵感及节目标题解释：         昨晚突然想起宝玉对林妹妹说的话："任凭弱水三千，我只取一瓢饮". 出自《红楼梦》,第九十一回里，贾宝玉曾经这样语带机锋地试图去化解林黛玉刚刚上来的醋劲。        然后又想起古代的诗人作诗的时候不都是要有酒才有灵感的么？        再接着想起咱们不是有一个写作佳句300的资料么，为什么不加以利用呢，呵呵。宝玉兄只是一瓢饮，咱们可要把这300瓢能给我们的写作带来灵感的美酒都饮了，当然是慢慢品尝，不是豪饮……
