How to find a friend who I haven't met ？

I thought only English could be seen here and there. Though I feel a bit disappointed， I never give up a chance to test my English .
I wish everyone whoever gets in can leave a message.

I would like to find a classmate .But he is in a military school, there is no connection with him.
So I can do nothing but missing.
Whether there are some methods to find him or not?

the first,  if he is your classmate, why not to ask the other classmate who is the fried of him.
the second,  the military school is not a secret army, it must be in someplace in the world, if you want to connect him, may can find a way.
third, remeber that the predestination is the plan of God, if it is your, it must be your.  strive for it but not to force yourself.
forth, the love is the result of two, never lost yourself  in it .
