为什么用in the world,而不是on earth ?
no chance at all不也表示一点机会都没有的意思吗？

那个地方非常凉爽

1）I(did )present a scarf to Mary.
强调动词，又表示过去。
2）Why( in the world)are you doing such a thing?
强调疑问句
3）There will be no chance( whatever)of our winning the tournament.
强调否定句
不清楚具体那几个东西之间的区别。。。啥时候能通用，啥时候又不能换。

这个苹果熟透了。
他开车很快。
这个建筑很高。
这儿很冷。
