英语写成功的人应该有什么样的品质

there are times when people maintain that successful public figure are obliged to own great career, such as merchants of the rich, singers with popularity, writters with reputation. from my personal angle alone,yet everyone could be respected as a successful person once s/he has several qualities as following.

the first simple yet precious part should be perseverance. life is a paradox. the harvest is sweet, while the way to pursue it is arduous. it is perseverance that lead a person to the peek of success, for on the way to the harvest there are innumerable things,such as failure,  frustration and misapprehension, which are always looming in our head to make us depressed and cower. consequently, i never remain suspicion that all winners act upon a  simple faith that giveing up equals failure and defection of their dreams .

the second part, obviously, is endurance. sad while realistic it is that the loss of human beloved things as the development of her/is bussiness is enhancing day after day.  balancing the advantage and the disadvantage properly takes a great part of a decision. when a writter taking up the dinner time with her/is kids to concern on conceipting a play; when a singer sacrifice holiday to entertain the audiences; when a merchant keeps rush about for his/her bussiness, we learn that everyone lives by selling something. it does hurt when we have to abandon things we cherish in order to persue significant things for our success. while, such is life, no pains, no gains. unless you can take the lost easy, never can you touch the light of success.

tolerance! since we have so much things to suffer before we acheive the harvest, we are obliged to learn tolerance. whatever and however we struggle, some tough things for us, like the produce of the inevitability of destiny, can never be changed at all. facing such affairs, what we should do is to learn to accept it peacefully, and focus on things we can change.

searching for success do not mean losting in the temptation of material. conscience, responsbility, morality, the spiritual satisfaction, those are far more important in the world than the material acheive we are sruggling for. and people should learn that once s/he gets all the qualities above, success is just a fulfilling thing.
