一个句子，翻译有疑问

书中的翻译是：更重要的是，法国实际上已经控制了苏格兰，因为替年幼女王统治这块地区的摄政王--女王的母亲，后来嫁给了在巴黎的王储，从而使法国的部队沿着英格兰惟一的陆地国境扎下了营。

可是题的解析中却说是年幼的女王嫁给了法国的王储，到底是谁啊？那个lately married to the Dauphin in Paris。。。   指的是谁呢？

从句子上来看是两个人都能嫁，但是从现实中来看，年轻女王的老妈再嫁就有点那个啥啥啥了……
再说人年轻的王储应该不会有那啥啥啥情节吧……
