第二段是要有个承接上段的主题句，接着分析图画原因，总体分为图画直接原因、国家社会原因、个人原因、法制原因、意识问题、客观主观原因、教育体制等等（在考场上，哪个符合题意抽出哪个用）这段每个句子都是复合句，有适量的形容词、副词修饰，连词用for one thing ，for another，On one hand，on the other hand这类滴，不要用first，second这样的，
最后我那模板有句和下文衔接的比喻句“如果我们对类似现象睁只眼闭只眼话，噩梦将降临”这个比喻句用于图画是消极的，积极的图画就换成另一个比喻句“图画的积极寓意对于我们，就像鸟儿离不开翅膀，像鱼儿离不开水”因为列举的原因比较多，完全可以选出很贴题的，每个句子都是复合句，连词衔接得当，又有适当的形容词、副词修饰，一定要多留出填写主旨的空，写在卷子上不会有套用模板的感觉。
表达原因的句子我总结了有二十几个，比如From my everyday experience and observation I can state several factors that defend the statement that...根据我的日常经验和观察，我可以举出几个因素来证明……/There are many reasons explaining this case. As for me, I consider the following as the typical ones. To begin with, ... Secondly, ... Last but not least, ...
当然，你肯定要向模板里面填充具体内容，这只是句式。
第三段，是写措施。措施要对应第二段的原因。开头是承上启下，我的那篇大意是如果不改正就会造成公共…的缺失造成不可挽回的…损失，建设和谐…就会成为空谈。措施就是图画直接措施、法制措施、政府措施、媒体监督、群众监督、提高人们意识等等，是对应着第二段原因来的。因为句子比较长、复杂，最起码包含了四条措施。最后是个很长倒装句的结尾句。
这段也是有二十几个备用句，比如：
It is time that we put / urged an immediate end to the undesirable situation / tendency of...该是结束……这种讨厌的情况（趋势）的时候了。Perhaps it is time we remembered the old saying………And fighting…， is everybody’s business！ As for…. ， we should strive to.我们应该记住这句古语了……。与……做斗争是每个人的事情。至于……，我们应努力……再向里面填充具体措施，做成模板。。。。
