        【典型难句】Psychologists at the University of Toronto, found that viewing a fast-food logo for just a few milliseconds primes us to read 20 percent faster, even though reading has little to do with eating.

        【要点注释】本句的难点在于that引导的宾语从句中viewing a fast good logo是现在分词短语作主语，prime的词性用法比较多，在这里是作谓语动词，在判断句子谓语的时候，要注意动词的形式。

        【难句精译】多伦多大学的心理学家发现，人们在注视一个快餐图标仅仅几微秒后，阅读速度就能提高百分之二十，尽管阅读与吃饭并无多大关系。

        从图中可以看到，道路上车辆拥挤，就连救护车也不能通过，它只能幻想长一对翅膀飞过去。图片要反映的主题很明显——交通堵塞。第一段描述漫画内容，揭示主题。第二段探讨导致交通堵塞的原因：经济增长，私家车太多;道路建设迟缓;驾驶人员及行人漠视交通法规等。第三段总结文章，提出相关建议。

        What a traffic jam! Being stuffed by numerous cars, the road is so crowded that every car is blocked, and even the ambulance is no exception. In such a case, how the ambulance hopes to be equipped with a pair of wings to fly out! Thus, as is shown in the picture, traffic jam has been always an intractable issue in most metropolises of our country. It has caused a wide range of public concern.
When it comes to terms with traffic jam, the following factors are to blame. Firstly, as the economy grows, an increasing number of families own cars, which has posed an unprecedented stress on the road. Besides, the lag in the development of the road system intensifies such a terrible situation. Due to the fact that the reconstruction of urban road system cannot meet the demand of such a huge number of cars, all means to avoid traffic jam have been proved to be in vain. Additionally, traffic offence is another factor that aggravates the situation.
In order to ease the traffic jam, both the government and citizens should do their part. The former should build more transport infrastructures or meliorate traffic system. At the same time, both drivers and pedestrians should take it their duty to obey the traffic regulations and contribute to the free flow of traffic.
        这幅图画非常引人注目，图中各种车辆摩肩接踵，造成了交通堵塞。道路十分拥挤，所有的车辆都拥堵在一起，就连救护车也不例外。在这种情况下，救护车恨不得长出一双翅膀从要命的车流中飞过去。因此，就如图画所示，交通堵塞已经成为一个我国大多数城市棘手的问题，并引起了社会的广泛关注。
        说起造成交通堵塞的原因，以下几种因素难辞其咎。首先，随着经济的增长，越来越多的家庭拥有了属于自己的私家车，这给现有的道路带来了前所未有的压力。再者，滞后的道路建设却加剧了这种困境。由于城市道路的再建设已不能满足如此之多的车辆的巨大需求，因此，尽管人们绞尽脑汁，却依然无法避免交通拥堵问题。此外，违反交规，更加使这一问题严重。
        为了缓解这一问题，政府和广大群众应该各尽其责。比如，政府应该建立更多的公交基础设施或改善交通系统。同时，驾驶人员和行人都应该责无旁贷地严格遵守交通法规，齐心协力确保道路的畅通和有序。
