首先的知道搭配,mean 后面跟that句型或者动名词（组）。

how important they can be 做recognizing的宾语；

in building the energy and telecom infrastructures 在建造……的过程中

needed to take full advantage of the Internet.为过去分词短语后置做定语，修饰telecom infrastructures的。

1.但是专门化只是学科中一系列相关发展中的一个，它能影响交流.
affecting。。。修饰specialization
2.对过去一个半世纪英国地质出版物的比较，显示的不止是研究首要地位的日益重视，还显示了一篇可接受的研究论文的构成定义的变化.(拗口啊...)

3.二楼分析不错哦
但是，它确实意味着认识到建设能源和电信基础设施有多重要，对因特网的充分利用需要这些基础设施.
