These words both mean to have the same opinion as sb, or to say that you do.

PATTERNS AND COLLOCATIONS
►  to agree/concur  with  sb/sth

►  to agree/concur with sb's  assessment/conclusion/idea/view

to have the same opinion as sb; to say that you have the same opinion
‘It 's a scandal.’ ‘ I couldn't  agree  more  ( = I completely  agree ) !’
  Agree  can also be used in the form  be agreed [ T ]  Are we all  agreed  on this  ( = do we all  agree  on this ) ?  ◇  It was  agreed  (that)  ( = everyone  agreed )  we should hold another meeting.

concur  [ I ] ( formal )
to agree with sb's opinion; to say that you agree
The committee unanimously concurred that reform was needed.
  Concur  is only used in formal debate or when reporting a formal debate. It is not used to express agreement about everyday matters

“这是诽谤”，“我完全同意！”
Agree can also be used in the form be agreed [ T ]
Agree也能用在形式be agreed中
Are we all agreed on this ( = do we all agree on this ) ?
我们都同意这条吗？（我们都同意这个）？
◇ It was agreed (that) ( = everyone agreed ) we should hold another meeting.
一致同意我们应该举行另外一个会议。
