What the picture conveys here goes far from being a singular case.Instead,it is highly symbolic of an meaningful phenomenon,a global trend in a larger background of economic growth of China,and cultural interactions between China and the outside world.The past two decades have witnessed the amazing development in the economy of China and increased cultural exchanges with other nations.Moreover,the fact that the globalization in ecnomy,which provides more opportunities for people to promote mutual understanding,also plays an indispensable role.Cultures thus become national and international!
As far as I am concerned,national culture,as a priceless spiritual treasure,must interact with,and absorb new elements from,other cultures,thus rendering national culture international.In an age of globalization,there are sufficient reasons to advocate international culture,not only between China and America,which the illustration conveys here,but aslo between other cultures all over the world.Only with interaction and exchange,could a nation upgrade and evolve,as Immanuel Kant,the distinguished psychologist,notes.
