But people who favor the influx of the cheap labor force , on the other hand , maintain that migrants are needed to support the massive urban infrastructure construction program .

1. 众所周知的是，过分开发森林资源会导致夏季洪水爆发，专家们认为中国该进行大规模的植树造林活动，但我质疑单独的植树造林是否真的能解决这个问题。
2.It si ackonwledged that car emission will contribute to heavey environment pllution .experters argue that we should limited the number of cars.But i doubt whethe limit car nunber alone will solve the probelm.
3.there is wildely debate about fulid workers probelm.Opposer think it\'s rise number will add the crime rate and adverse society steadlly.They said strict limiti fulid workers in china city.But ,in the other side,sustain cheap fulid workers into city to contribute to the city foundation build is needed.

It is widely acknowledged that the tail gas of the automobile contributed to air pollution . Experts argue that China must establish the related system as fast as possible. But I doubt whether rules alone will solve the problem.
